I do not store full payment card details.
Why I use it
I use your data to answer inquiries, schedule intro calls, deliver and manage your training, handle billing, and improve the website.
Who I share it with
Only with the tools required to run the business (Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and the payment provider).
I do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting me at realfitzug@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Services
I offer personal training under monthly packages. Sessions can take place at your home, office, a gym, or outdoors in the Zug area, subject to availability.
Every new client starts with a free intro call. Packages are only offered after this call.
Payment
Packages are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the website.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. I will try to reschedule when possible.
Changing your package
You can upgrade or downgrade with notice before the next billing cycle. Changes take effect at the start of the following month.
Health and responsibility
You confirm that you are fit to train. Please inform me of any injuries or medical conditions. Training is done at your own risk.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Ending the agreement
Either of us can end the package with notice before the next billing period. Outstanding payments remain due.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug.

Intro call
The intro call is free and non-binding.
Monthly packages
Packages are paid monthly in advance. You can cancel with notice before the next billing cycle. No refund is given for the current month once it has been billed.
Session cancellations
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged and are not refunded.
Exceptions
In cases of serious illness or injury (with supporting documentation), we can discuss a fair solution.
