Hi, I’m Martin!

I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and I’ve been training for as long as I can remember.
Fitness has always been one of those healthy addictions for me. Something I genuinely enjoy and have gotten good at over the years. Having done all kinds of training - weights, bodyweight, boxing, running, swimming, HIIT, etc. - I’ve always aimed to keep things interesting while making me stronger.
Not only physically, but also mentally.

As I got older, I started noticing something that bothered me. A lot of the people around me (colleagues, friends, people I’d see on the train to work) were becoming less and less fit. Not because they didn’t care, but because life got busy. Careers, responsibilities, and stress took over. And training slowly fell to the bottom of the list. I found that frustrating, because I believe your health is one of the biggest factors in how much you can actually enjoy everything else in life.

That’s what led me to become a personal trainer.

I didn’t want to be another coach pushing extreme diets, complicated programs, or the idea that you need to train like an athlete to be in good shape. Most of the fitness content out there is made for people who love training and are willing to make it their lifestyle. But what about everyone else? The people who have demanding jobs, limited time, and still want to feel good in their body without obsessing over every calorie or workout?

That’s the gap I wanted to fill.

I work with professionals who want to get fitter and healthier without having to completely overhaul their lives. My approach is straightforward: we build training around your schedule and your lifestyle, not the other way around. Whether that means training at home, in the office, outdoors in Zug, or in the gym — we find what actually works for you.

I can be direct when needed, but I also believe training should be something you can enjoy, not just endure. We’ll work hard, but we’ll also keep things realistic and, when it makes sense, even fun. My goal isn’t to turn you into someone you’re not. It’s to help you build a way of training that you can actually stick with for the long run.

Ultimately, I believe fitness shouldn’t take your life over. It should support it.
