The Real Fit Zug Philosophy
The training
happens at times that work for you - mornings, lunch breaks, evenings, in between, or later -
and can take place at home, in a gym, outdoors, or at the office.
-
Training itself is goal-oriented. If fat loss is the priority, we structure sessions to increase calorie expenditure while preserving muscle. If building muscle or strength is the main goal, we focus on progressive overload and recovery. For most clients, we combine both with a strong emphasis on posture, core stability, and overall physical resilience to counteract the effects of long hours at a desk. This includes targeted exercises to strengthen areas that commonly cause discomfort and reduced performance.
-
Every session is structured to deliver maximum value in the time available. We focus on compound movements and purposeful programming rather than long, unfocused workouts. This allows you to make meaningful progress without needing to spend excessive time training.
-
Personalized training around your real schedule and energy levels instead of forcing an unrealistic routine. Sessions are adjusted based on how demanding your week is, helping you stay consistent even during busy or high-stress periods.
Flexible and goal-oriented training that stays effective and manageable with the focus of building a strong, resilient body that supports your career and daily life long-term.
the PROCESS
-
We begin with a focused conversation to understand your goals, current situation, and what’s realistic given your professional and personal demands.
-
We meet for your first session at a time and location that suits you. Whether that’s at home, in the office, outdoors in Zug, or in a gym. I assess your starting point and create a personalized unique training plan.
-
Each session is thoughtfully planned and intentionally designed around your current schedule, energy levels, and goals. The focus will always be on high-quality work tailored to achieve your goals without unnecessary complexity or wasted time.
-
Every 4–6 weeks we review your progress together and proactively adjust your training. This is an evolving partnership designed to keep your training effective and aligned with your life long-term.
frequently asked questions
-
Most clients train between 45–60 minutes per session. We keep sessions efficient and focused so you’re not spending unnecessary time working out.
-
Not necessarily. Progress depends more on consistency than on training frequency. We’ll find a rhythm that works with your schedule.
Most people notice improvements in energy, posture, and how they feel within the first 3–4 weeks. Visible physical changes usually appear after 6–8 weeks of consistent training. -
Training is always tailored to your goals and fitness level. We use whatever tools and training styles work best for you. This can include bodyweight exercises, mobility training, weight machines, free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, cardio, HIIT, and much more. If you have preferences or things you enjoy (or want to avoid), we adapt the sessions accordingly. The focus stays on making training effective and sustainable for your lifestyle, rather than forcing a specific method. Whether you want to focus more on aesthetics, performance, posture, or simply feeling better in your body, we adapt the training accordingly while keeping things realistic and sustainable.
-
Very. We can train at your home, in the office, outdoors in Zug, or in a gym (FITDICH/Migros Fitness in Zug). Sessions can happen at any day of the week in the morning, during lunch, in the evening, in between or even later if needed. We also stay flexible with the type of training. If your main goal is fat loss or building muscle, we can shift the focus of the sessions accordingly while still protecting your posture and long-term joint health. During very busy or stressful weeks, we can reduce intensity or volume so you stay consistent without burning out.
-
That’s completely normal. We start at your current level and build from there. Many clients begin after periods of inconsistency.
-
Yes. While our main focus is helping you build a strong, resilient body that supports your career and daily life, we can absolutely shift the priority toward fat loss or muscle gain if that’s your main goal. In this case, we adjust the training focus accordingly — for example by increasing training volume, incorporating more metabolic work, or structuring sessions around progressive overload for muscle building — while still keeping posture, mobility, and joint health in mind. We don’t do extreme cutting or bulking phases. Instead, we aim for sustainable body composition changes that fit your lifestyle.
-
No. We focus on sustainable habits rather than extreme diets. Basic nutrition guidance is included, and we can go deeper if you want.

You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp for questions or quick adjustments. I usually respond within a couple hours, but no longer than 24 hours.

We adjust. During demanding periods we can shorten sessions, shift the focus toward mobility and recovery, or reduce frequency temporarily. The goal is to keep you consistent without adding more stress.
